Music Theory and History Course

Music theory and history courses are designed to prepare the student for the Royal Conservatory of Music Examination.

Enrolling in this course does not require you to take an official Royal Conservatory exam. However, since classes are designed to prepare students for official exams, practice exams and quizzes are part of our curriculum. If a student decides to take an official exam, they are responsible for registering and paying the necessary examination fees.

The length of the course varies depending on the commencement date and exam rotation. Each class is one hour in length, and a minimum of two students is required for the class.
